1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ab9999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the services available at ab9999.asia, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all associated features.

By accessing the ab9999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one active account on the ab9999 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether identified by shared identity documents, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration and at any subsequent time, ab9999 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. This process typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued national identity document (CNIC for Pakistani players)
• Proof of address documentation where required
• Verification of payment methods used for deposits

Withdrawal of funds is contingent upon successful completion of KYC verification. ab9999 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

ab9999 accepts deposits through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits are credited at the current applicable rate.

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed where identified.
• ab9999 does not accept deposits made with borrowed funds, credit facilities, or funds obtained through unlawful means.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ab9999 are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ab9999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes apply per payment method and are displayed in the platform cashier.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ab9999 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and game-specific rules displayed within each product section:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances expressly permitted under the applicable game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or obvious pricing error, ab9999 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. Winnings resulting from manifest errors will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab9999 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses
• Any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or use of insider information
• Money laundering or use of the platform to process proceeds of crime
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming
• Collusion with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the technical operation of the ab9999 platform
• Facilitating access for minors or persons under the age of 18

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Termination

ab9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms
• ab9999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct
• A player's account is subject to a pending investigation
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, ab9999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balance after deduction of bonus amounts will be returned via the original payment method used for deposit.

13. Amendments to Terms
